The Podium is a 501(c)(6) organization for Asian American women lawyers in DFW launched on International Women’s Day. The Podium seeks to amplify the voices of [R]ising [E]mboldened [A]sian [L]awyers. Our members are comprised of Asian American women lawyers with 3-20 years of practice experience in DFW. The organization aims to keep each membership class 50/50 between private practice and other careers including in-house, government, teaching, or business, as an intentional effort to advance opportunities for Asian American women lawyers in all areas of practice. 

The Podium seeks to embolden Asian American women lawyers, advance and support their interest and goals through authentic connections, and amplify their voices and opportunities in the legal profession.

The Podium promotes leadership opportunities for Asian American women lawyers and recognizes their contributions through nominations for national, state, and local recognitions, by connecting private practice lawyers to in-house counsel, and promoting the achievements of its members and other Asian American women lawyers in the community. The Podium is comprised of members seeking to create a REAL Voice for Asian American women lawyers and provides a platform for its members to support the personal and professional goals of each other.
