Membership

The Podium is a 501(c)(6) in DFW made for Asian American Women Lawyers who want to break the mold and grow to their full potential.  Our members embody the following core values: Bold, Generous, Growth-Minded, Authentic, and Fun. 

Our members are Asian American women lawyers with 3-20 years of practice experience in DFW.  The Podium membership class is an intentionally small group of APA women lawyers in DFW who will set bold goals, generously help one another grow, while making authentic connections and having fun. The organization aims to keep each membership class 50/50 between private practice and other careers including in-house, government, teaching, or business, as an intentional effort to advance opportunities for Asian American women lawyers in all areas of practice.
